Shipping Policy:

Our Creativity Spot proudly ships worldwide, through US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

Our stickers are sent in a tracked envelope to keep the shipping cost free within the US. Stickers shipped worldwide are shipped untracked in an envelope with a First Class Mail Global Forever Stamp.

We ship our other products in boxes to prevent damage or wrinkles (dust covers). To keep the shipping cost low, but not compromising the quality, we decided to ship our bigger items like stands and wall organizers with UPS since the rates are a lot more affordable.

USA Orders:

USPS First Class Mail: Arrives within 3-5 business days and provides tracking

USPS Priority Mail: Arrives within 1-3 business days and provides tracking

UPS: Arrives within 3-5 business days and provides tracking

 

International Orders:

USPS First Class International: Arrives within 1-8 weeks. There is great variability in how long customs take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel!

USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail International: Arrives within
7-17 business days but does NOT have tracking or insurance. It's much more
reliable than First Class International and takes less time to arrive.

USPS Express Mail International: Arrives within
7-12 business days. This is the most reliable and provides TRACKING
(yay!) so you know exactly where your parcel is
.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you
checkout. 

Since all products are handmade, processing times can vary depending on the number of orders in line before yours. 

Return Policy:

Within 14 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied
with your purchases, please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. Merchandise must be returned in the same
condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and
are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price
of the item, excluding shipping fees.
